Kiani Mills is the Founder of Imperiale Conveyancing, one of Australia’s largest independent conveyancing firms, with offices across multiple states and a reputation for innovation in the property law sector. Over 15 years, she has built, scaled, and sold businesses, establishing herself as a leader in legal services and a mentor to conveyancers and business owners nationwide.
Kiani’s passion for growth extends beyond her own business. She established United Conveyancing & Legal Australia to unite and uplift the profession, and through her mentoring programs has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs improve their performance, systems, and mindset.
In honour of her late sister Courtney, Kiani also founded the Courtney Mills Foundation and Light up the Decks Legacy Grant, initiatives that create opportunities for young women in the music industry through mentorship, education, and professional pathways. She continues to lead PROJECT 100, a movement supporting women to build businesses without burnout by combining clarity in business with balance in life.
