The founder, CEO of Neurodesign where she offers her own vision for her clients using a new theory of design thinking applied in International Design Academy called “Resonance in design”. Practically, the company provides image services for companies, from online marketing necessary for business locations to interios/exterior design.
Mihaela has currently received 4 gold trophies from the Grand Jury at the world design awards A ‘Design Award and Competition. At the same time, in April 2018 she received the distinction of juror at this competition, where she managed to qualify every year until now (the competition for a place as a juror is more difficult than the competition itself for the participants). Her name is present in the World Design Index and on the front pages of the World Design Yearbooks because she was responsible for the selection of projects. Also, since 2019, for two years in a row she has been active in the jury of the world user-experience design awards Interaction Design Awards, where she judged the works from the semi-final stage.
