She is the co-founder of ICS Business & Finance, one of the few female-led commercial finance brokerages in Perth, specialising in tailored lending solutions for SMEs across Australia. Sheleila is known for her ability to translate complex financial needs into clear, strategic outcomes, helping businesses access the funding they need to grow and thrive.
In 2024, she acquired Aspira Cleaning, a long-standing commercial cleaning company which she is reimagining as a vehicle for social impact. With a focus on fair wages, respect for workers, and community upliftment, Aspira is redefining standards in the cleaning industry under her leadership.
Beyond business, Sheleila serves as Treasurer on the board of CoMHWA, the peak body for consumers of mental health in Western Australia, contributing her financial expertise to support lived-experience leadership and systemic change.
