Chloe Pili-Gaitau is a driven entrepreneur and devoted young mother of two children under the age of three. As the founder of multiple businesses in recruitment and healthcare, she leads with compassion, purpose, and an unshakable commitment to making a difference – both in business and in the lives of others.
Through her company, Chloe is dedicated to providing high-quality support workers to the elderly and people living with disabilities, helping to ensure they receive the care and dignity they deserve. Her work also creates meaningful opportunities for job seekers, with a focus on empowering women, particularly those juggling motherhood and career aspirations. Having been made redundant at 36 weeks pregnant, Chloe turned that adversity into the foundation of her mission: to show women they can lead, grow, and thrive – even under pressure.
In addition to mentoring and inspiring her team, Chloe has faced one of life’s greatest challenges -battling cancer. Despite the physical and emotional toll, she continues to show up for her family, her employees, and her vision. Her resilience is not only a personal strength but a message to others: that leadership is about showing up, especially when it’s hard.
Chloe’s story is one of courage, impact, and purpose – proof that with determination and heart, anything is possible.
