Dr Clair McCartney is the CEO of the Sanctum Clinics and Sircle Skincare, and a passionate leader in the medical aesthetics and skincare industry. After graduating as a medical doctor from the University of Tasmania, she spent over a decade building a career focused on innovation, integrity, and impact.
Clair launched Sanctum from a single clinic into a nationally recognised brand, expanding to a bespoke flagship location and opening additional clinics in Launceston (2021) and Noosa (2024). In 2022, she founded Sircle Skin – a Tasmanian-owned, ethical luxury skincare brand rooted in sustainability and science.
Driven by a deep belief in cultivating team culture, supporting women, and empowering communities, Dr McCartney has become a respected voice in business and leadership.
