Laura Cleary is the Owner and Founder of Level Up Development, a specialised support coordination business based in the Hunter Region, proudly servicing participants across Australia. With 19 years of experience in the community services sector, Laura is a respected female leader and advocate for people with disabilities and other vulnerable populations.

Beginning her career at 17, Laura built a diverse foundation across adult and youth justice, homelessness, mental health and substance use, aged care, advocacy, Support Coordination, and Local Area Coordination. Her firsthand experience across multiple government-funded systems informs the holistic, person-centred model that defines Level Up Development’s work.

What began as a one-woman initiative has grown into an award-winning business, nationally recognised for its excellence and innovation. Level Up Development has received multiple industry honours and has been named a finalist in both local and national business awards. It has also been acknowledged directly by the NDIA and a preferred provider by the Complex Support Needs (CSN) teams across New South Wales.

Laura has pioneered support coordination models that are responsive, strengths-based, and tailored to each participant’s goals, while fostering genuine community inclusion.
